Qualifications

• Candidates have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject.
• Several years of teaching and/or leadership experience in a Cambridge school.
• Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and assessment framework.
• Experience with Cambridge programmes such as Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, and AS/A Level.
• Previous leadership roles such as coordinator or head of department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee academic programs and daily operations of the Secondary School.
• Ensure Cambridge curriculum is implemented across Secondary levels.
• Support teachers in curriculum planning, assessment, teaching, and learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide appropriate interventions.
• Provide academic leadership and professional support to Secondary teachers.
• Coordinate examinations, assessments, reporting, and other academic requirements.
• Collaborate with Head of School and leaders to improve the program.
• Ensure teaching practices align with Cambridge standards and school expectations.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and leadership.
