Job summary

PT LIUGONG Machinery Indonesia is seeking a student or fresh graduate to support customer service activities in East Jakarta. You will handle calls, provide information, and resolve customer issues while assisting with warranty-related reminders and maintenance scheduling.

The role requires English ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Training is provided, and the project lasts about 3–4 months in Cakung, East Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to speak English.
• Final year student or fresh graduate welcome.
• Experience handling customers is beneficial.
• Willing to work in Cakung, East Jakarta.
• Project duration 3-4 months.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, receive messages, provide information, resolve problems or complaints from the public, and provide support to customers.
• Provide performance data Call Ticket Progress & CSS Index and analysis regularly.
• Follow up achievement to respective PIC/Dealer to increase their performance regularly.
• Support the Warranty team in reminding customers to perform Preventive Maintenance.
