Job summary

PT LiuGong Finance Indonesia is a growing financial services company specializing in heavy equipment financing. We are seeking a Credit Analyst to oversee end-to-end credit applications in the designated area, review proposals, and perform on-site assessments when required.

You should have a relevant degree, strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and a willingness to travel nationwide. 1–2 years in the heavy equipment industry is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields with GPA >= 3.0/4.0.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data tabulation).
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel across the nation.
• 1–2 years experience in heavy equipment industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry trends in heavy equipment, mining and forestry is advantageous.
• Understanding of credit risk assessment, financial statement analysis, portfolio monitoring and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end credit application process across the designated area in compliance with company standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Review and prepare credit proposals and recommendations that align with internal credit policies and risk appetite.
• Perform on-site visits to assess customer business operations if required.
• Monitor portfolio performance and emerging risk trends both within the area and across relevant industry sectors.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics and related fields from reputable university.
• Min. GPA of 3,00 / 4,00 (or equivalent).
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data tabulation).
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to support cross-functional collaboration and documentation.
• Willingness to travel across the nation.
• 1 or 2 years experienced in heavy equipment industry will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, especially in the heavy equipment, coal mining, mineral mining, forestry will be an advantage.
• Understanding of credit risk assessment, financial statement analysis, portfolio monitoring, and regulatory compliance will be an advantage.
