Job summary

KT&G TSPM seeks a senior data governance professional to lead regional compliance initiatives across our sales and distribution network in Jakarta. You will oversee fraud risk prevention, monitor operational integrity, and drive data-driven improvements with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics or data engineering with managerial experience, strong Excel/SQL, Power BI and Tableau skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable controls for

Qualifications

Min 5 years experience with at least 3 years in managerial level in data analyst/data engineer and/or certification in relevant field.
Preferably in FMCG Sales & Marketing or corporate governance.
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VBA, Power Query), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to liaise with field and head office teams.
Ability to identify root causes and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement monitoring systems to ensure compliance and integrity across operations.
Oversee regional compliance activities and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
Coordinate with Head Office and regional teams to drive accountability and transparency.
Lead and develop staff to achieve compliance objectives.
Analyze operational patterns, identify irregularities, and develop preventive measures.
