Job summary

Smartven is seeking a Business Process & AI Automation Specialist to eliminate operational friction by architecting the digital nervous system of our business. You will build intelligent workflows, deploy internal AI tools, and create one source of truth for company goals and KPIs.

You will own end-to-end process mastery, design and implement automated dashboards, and replace manual reporting with scalable automation, enabling faster, clearer decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business process mapping and workflow design.
• Experience documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Hands-on ability to configure and build internal tools using AI platforms and automation builders.

Responsibilities

• Map, document, and optimize end-to-end workflows and SOPs to enable effortless execution.
• Design and build internal AI chatbots and unified data dashboards pulling data from multiple sources.
• Automate the intelligence pipeline to replace manual reporting with scalable processes.

Death to Manual Reporting: Eradicate the friction of wondering “where is this data?” or “what report do I need to make?” by automating the entire intelligence pipeline.

The Rhythm of Accountability: Make company goals, key results, and KPIs hyper-visible across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences, turning them into the objective baseline for all alignment meetings.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven track record in business process mapping, workflow design, and writing crystal-clear SOPs.

Hands-on technical fluency in configuring and building internal tools using modern AI platforms, automation builders, and dashboard interfaces.
