is seeking a Data Analytics professional to collect data from diverse sources, ensure data quality, and organize data for analysis in a fast-paced office in West Jakarta. The role focuses on developing and monitoring KPIs, designing dashboards in Power BI, generating regular performance reports, and performing trend analysis to inform strategic decisions, with strong Excel and BI skills.

Qualifications

• Minimal 2 years of working experience in Data Analytics, especially in P&L analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and data visualization with Power BI.
• Able to work under pressure, has good interpersonal & communication skill.
• Willing to work fully from office (Placement in West Jakarta office).

Responsibilities

• Collect data from various sources, including financial reports, operational metrics, sales data, and customer feedback.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data used for analysis.
• Managing data organization to ensure data is organized and easily accessible.
• Developing and monitoring KPIs to measure business performance across various functions.
• Designing and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business performance metrics.
• Generating regular performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and trends.
• Trend Analysis: Identifying trends and patterns in business performance data to inform strategic decisions.
• Bench marking: Comparing the company’s performance against industry standards and competitors;
• Statistical Analysis: Using statistical methods to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
• Process Efficiency: Analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements;
• Resource Utilization: Evaluating the utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials;
• Productivity Metrics: Measuring and analyzing productivity to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
