Hello! We are Timedoor Academy, a rapidly expanding IT educational institution offering online and offline programming and coding courses for students aged 5-18 with 70+ branches in Indonesia and also across Asia, MENA (Middle East and North Africa), including Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Egypt, and more.

We are currently looking for a Business Operations Staff to join our Head Office in Denpasar, Bali who will be responsible for monitoring branch performance, identifying operational challenges, driving improvements, and coordinating with branches and cross-functional teams to support Timedoor Academy’s business goals.

What You'll Do:

Monitor and analyze branch performance using operational and sales data.

Work closely with Branch Managers to identify challenges and recommend improvements.

Ensure daily branch operations run efficiently through regular follow-ups and coordination.

Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategies.

Execute and monitor operational improvement projects across multiple branches.

Prepare reports and present insights to the management team.

Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, Finance, and other departments to achieve business targets.

What We're Looking For:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience.
