Job summary

tiket.com is offering a BI/Data Analyst Internship aimed at hands-on learning in a fast-paced OTA environment in Indonesia. You will assist in SQL-driven reporting, dashboard development, and data warehouse tasks while gaining exposure to BI architecture.

Ideal candidates are final-year undergraduates with a passion for data, familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, and tools like Tableau or Power BI. Hybrid work arrangement with at least two days in the office, and 6-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate student in their final semester.
• Available for at least 6 months internship and start soon.
• Prior internship in BI/Data Analyst is a plus.
• Familiar with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is expected.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support BI tasks and reporting by delivering SQL-based queries.
• Assist in creating and enhancing dashboards and data mart reports.
• Gain understanding of BI architecture in OTA industry.
• Collaborate with team to ensure data accuracy and timely insights.

Your main duties in flying with us:

To help on the task delivery of Business Intelligence (report and analysis) and develop SQL Query based on tables in our Data Warehouse.

Contribute on task delivery such as performing descriptive analysis, and enhancing dashboard/query for data mart.

Get deeper understanding of ideal Business Intelligence Architecture in the OTA industry.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

At least undergraduate student on their last semester.

Willing to do internship for at least 6 months and starting soon.

Have experience as a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst Intern is good to have.

Familiar with SQL and Data Warehousing.

Familiar with reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc).

Familiar with Python is a value-added.

Willing to join hybrid working arrangement, at least two days working in office.
