Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Statistics.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant banking/finance role.
• At least 2 years of leading experience managing a team.
• Experience with SQL or similar query languages.
• Experience with Python or other analytical languages.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Check routine reports sent to SeaBank stakeholders.
• Coordinate with BI&A to improve reporting efficiency.
• Plan development roadmaps for reports referencing performance metrics.
• Evaluate query and report templates with related units.
• Review new report materials for dissemination to business units.
• Develop data collection methods and analyses to improve accuracy in manufacturing reports.
• Assess insights and action plans and socialize results to business units.
• Develop, prepare and build BI&A team under supervision.
• Follow up on BI&A issues escalated within the team.

Job description

• Checking all routine reports that will be sent to SeaBank stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other BI&A departments in order to increase the effectiveness and reporting efficiency.
• Planning a development roadmap reports with reference to performance metrics in business units.
• Evaluating query and report templates in collaboration with related work units.
• Review materials and guides a new report that will be disseminated to business units.
• Develop a collection methodology and data analysis to improve accuracy and work effectiveness in manufacturing report.
• Check the results of insights and recommendations action plan that will be socialized to business units (descriptive and/or predictive analysis).
• Develop, prepare and build BI&A team under his supervision.
• Follow up/follow up on escalation of BI&A related issues from the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Statistics Major.
• Minimum of 7 years experiences in relevant position from banking or financial institution/services.
• Have minimum 2 years of leading experience and working with the team.
• Have experience working with one or more query languages (ex SQL).
• Familiar with the use of analytical languages such as Python.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
