Job description

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end analytical projects, from data gathering and processing to insight delivery.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.
• Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities within data sets to inform strategic initiatives and performance improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve data collection and analysis processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.
• Design and build analytical models, including clustering and predictive models, to support business objectives.
• Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making through high-quality analytical outputs and insights.
• Manage multiple analytical initiatives independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum6–8 years of experience in data analytics or related roles with strong technical and analytical expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong English comprehension and communication skills, with exposure to multicultural stakeholders.
• Mandatory proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as GSD, Looker, or Metabase is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience building clustering models and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling will be a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex analytical projects.
