Cermati is seeking a Growth Manager in Jakarta to drive cash loan acquisition, optimize the conversion funnel, and sustain disbursement volume in line with targets.

You will analyze performance using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools and collaborate with Marketing, Risks, and Operations to improve the customer journey and reduce drop-offs. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in growth or lending are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in business growth, strategy role, or lending industry.
• Comfortable working with data to analyze performance (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
• Proven track record of achieving growth targets in previous roles.
• Target-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with cash loans or lending products is an advantage.
