Job summary

Cermati.com, a fintech startup in Indonesia, seeks a detail‑oriented Business Development Support professional to help manage the product masterfile, coordinate with BI and Product teams, and support strategic initiatives.

You’ll handle data reconciliation, monthly invoice processes, and maintain project documentation, while collaborating with Claims and CS teams and assisting Business Development Managers with proposals and client liaison. Jakarta-based, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Able to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines.
• Analytically proficient and experienced with conducting analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage Product Masterfile and integration queries with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Coordinate with BI and Product teams to resolve data reconciliation discrepancies and ensure system records remain accurate and up to date.
• Perform monthly invoice reconciliations and coordinate with Finance for seamless filings.
• Maintain project documentation, correspondence, and legal records to ensure complete project tracking.
• Partner with Claims and Customer Support (CS) teams to resolve operational blockers and client inquiries.
• Support Business Development Managers with proposal preparation, stakeholder liaison, and key strategic initiatives.
• Manage corporate travel arrangements and partner relations, including client gifting and other logistics

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Business related major from reputable universities.


• Detail oriented and proficient in using Microsoft Excel.


• Preferably have exposure in a similar Business Development Support or Sales Support role


• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines


• Willing to learn new things and adapt with fast paced environment


• Analytically proficient and highly experienced with conducting analysis.
