Job summary

Cermati is a fintech startup in Indonesia seeking a Business Development Support Officer to join our Digital Insurance initiative in Jakarta. You will coordinate with BI and Product teams, manage masterfiles, and support proposals and stakeholder liaison to drive growth.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, invoicing reconciliations, and close collaboration with Claims and CS teams to remove blockers and ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Business related major.
• Detail oriented and proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Preferably exposure in a similar Business Development Support or Sales Support role.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn new things and adapt with fast paced environment.
• Analytically proficient and highly experienced with conducting analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage Product Masterfile and integration queries with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Coordinate with BI and Product teams to resolve data reconciliation discrepancies and ensure system records remain accurate and up to date.
• Perform monthly invoice reconciliations and coordinate with Finance for filings.
• Maintain project documentation, correspondence, and legal records to ensure complete project tracking.
• Partner with Claims and Customer Support teams to resolve operational blockers and client inquiries.
• Support Business Development Managers with proposal preparation, stakeholder liaison, and key strategic initiatives.
• Manage corporate travel arrangements and partner relations, including client gifting and other logistics.
