Job summary

EF EFEKTA English for Adults in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify and acquire new customers (B2C & B2B) and partnership opportunities. You will generate leads through networking, events, sponsorships, outreach, and market research, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will develop compelling proposals and sales pitches, negotiate contracts, and close deals, all while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets is preferred.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience networking with private companies and government institutions is a plus.
