Job summary

Mamikos sedang mencari tenaga sales dan marketing yang dinamis untuk memperluas jaringan kemitraan properti dan meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan.

Anda akan melakukan cold calls, bernegosiasi dengan pemilik kos, dan bekerja sama dengan tim legal untuk perjanjian kerja sama sambil menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemilik kos.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 di bidang Bisnis, Pemasaran, atau Manajemen.
• Kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, presentasi, interpersonal, dan penjualan yang baik.
• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman kerja (hospitality atau startup diutamakan).
• Bersemangat dalam penjualan, manajemen akun, dan berorientasi pada target.
• Mahir teknologi dan bersedia melakukan canvassing.
• Lokasi: Semarang.

Responsibilities

• Mencari prospek properti untuk akuisisi.
• Melakukan cold call untuk menawarkan produk Mamikos kepada pemilik properti.
• Menangani perjanjian kerja sama dibantu tim hukum dan membangun hubungan baik dengan pemilik kos.
• Properti yang diperoleh akan diambil alih untuk kelancaran operasional dan mencapai target pendapatan.
• Laporan yang standar dan sesuai regulasi.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

What you will do :

• Look for potential property prospects for acquisition
• Make cold calls to offer Mamikos products to property owners
• Handle cooperation agreements assisted by the legal team and establish good relationship with kos owners
• Acquired rooms can be picked up to run smoothly and ensure that revenue targets are achieved
• Standard-compliant reporting.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and sales skills
• At least 1 year of working experience (hospitality or startup background is a plus)
• Passionate in sales, account management, and target oriented
• Tech Savvy and willing to canvassing
• Location: Semarang
