Job summary

Monee in Jakarta is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build and manage relationships with funding partners to support growth. You will drive end-to-end partnership initiatives from onboarding to implementation, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful launches.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in financial services, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with lending products is a plus.

• Self-motivated, independent, and able to drive cross-functional projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with funding partners to support Monee’s business growth.
• Drive end-to-end partnership initiatives, from onboarding and process setup to implementation and launch.
• Coordinate with Product, Risk, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Tax to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work with Product and Operations teams to define business requirements, improve processes, and establish effective workflows and SOPs.
• Monitor partner performance, funding allocation, and key business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and resolve day-to-day issues raised by existing partners by coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market and regulatory research to stay updated on Indonesia’s lending, multi-finance, and P2P landscape.
• Identify opportunities to improve partnership processes and optimize funding strategies through data and business insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics and other related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in financial services industry with knowledge of lending products (e.g. personal loans, micro loans, fintech lending, credit card).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter and a quick learner, independent and flexible, with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on cross-functional projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment.
• Experience with data skillsets like SQL is a plus.
