Job summary

PT Aldmic Indonesia is seeking a qualified professional to drive sales strategies and financial planning within its FlowerAdvisor division. The role requires coordinating with multiple internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a D3/S1 in Accounting or Financial Management with at least 2 years’ experience, preferably graduates from reputable universities, and a strong work ethic with teamwork and overtime flexibility.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a D3/S1 in Accounting or Financial Management with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Foreign graduates or graduates from well‑known universities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.
• Set targets and prepare plans to increase sales for the country they are responsible for.
• Suggest improvements to communications within the company.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are executed properly.
• Produce innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet company sales targets.
• Establish current state by gathering data on markets, strategy, operations and finance.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Identify actions required from reviews to drive improvements.

Coordinate and interact with other division to ensure orders are properly executed

Establishing the current state of the business by gathering data and facts about current issues with markets, strategy, operations and finance

Assessing the data gathered under the review process to establish recommendations for change to improve business performance

Identifying actions required as a result of review and analysis to improve business performance

Requirements :

Candidate min. D3/S1 Accounting/Financial Management with GPA min 3,5.

Experience minimum 2 years in same position.

Prefer foreign graduates or well-known universities

Hardworking, diligent, honest, accurate and able to work together in teams as well as individually.

Willing to work over time to finish deadlines
