Job summary

Neo Energy Materials is seeking an experienced IT leader to administer mining-related systems and drive end-to-end implementations. The role demands strong project management, governance compliance, and data integrity across IoT, safety, and ERP integrations.

You will translate business needs into scalable system solutions while coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining thorough documentation. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required, with on-site work in a mining environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, mining, geology, or related field.
• 10+ years in system admin, business process analysis, and end-to-end implementations.
• Experience with mining-related systems: fleet, weighbridge, IoT, safety, and ERP integrations.
• Strong project management across full lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bilingual: Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain mining-related systems such as mine planning, fleet management, weighbridge, LIMS, safety, and IoT applications.
• Lead end-to-end system implementation and development projects within budget and schedule.
• Develop and maintain IT project documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Design and manage system integrations per governance standards.
• Provide day-to-day user support and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage project priorities, workload, enhancements, and BAU activities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve system issues.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
