Key Performance Expectations
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify initiatives with the highest ROI and usability. Add value to business users by refining requirements based on actual business goals.
- Solution Design: Design and implement solutions that align with business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Partner with testers to create test plans and scenarios.
- Collaboration: Work with developers, UI/UX designers, business users, and testers, fostering a cohesive environment to deliver quality solutions on time.
- Project & Process Management:
- Project Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring business alignment, optimal resource utilization, and timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present solutions and recommendations clearly, translating complex technical designs into business language.
- Risk & Compliance Oversight: Identify and mitigate potential risks—from data governance to IT security—while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Job Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and/or data analytics, with a track record of end-to-end project ownership and advisory to senior stakeholders.
- Prior leadership and/or programming experience with solid technical expertise is a plus.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools; advanced Excel skills for data processing and analysis are a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of standard business processes.
- Communication & Influencing: Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and translate technical roadmaps into actionable delivery plans.
- Problem-Solving: Innovative, data-driven, and customer-centric approach to tackling complex challenges.
- Change Management & Mentorship: Experience leading initiatives, mentoring juniors, and guiding teams.
- Continuous Learning & Foresight: Passion for staying updated on IT, business analysis, and processes, especially related to Learning Experience Platforms.
- Certifications: Not mandatory but valued. Examples include:
- Business analysis certifications (e.g., IIBA, PMI)
- Leadership or management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, executive leadership programs)
