Job summary

Soluix is seeking a capable Functional Consultant in Tangerang to bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will gather requirements, model processes, and translate them into clear functional specifications for the software team.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting interviews and workshops, ensuring quality through testing and documentation, and coordinating multiple projects on a full‑time, on‑site basis with an application deadline of 30 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar role (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in business process modeling, system analysis, and data analysis
• Knowledge of IT systems, software development methodologies, and best practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with software testing, quality assurance practices, and project management
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders or clients to gather, document, and understand their requirements
• This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to capture the needs of the business
• Analyze and model existing business processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement
• This can involve mapping out current processes, conducting process audits, and pinpointing bottlenecks or inefficiencies
• Work closely with Software Development Team to ensure that IT solutions align with business requirements and capabilities
• Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional specifications
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and enhancements
• Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures, process guidelines, and user manual
• Conduct testing activities, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing
• Verify that solutions meet requirements and perform as expected
• Monitor project timelines and ensure that all deliverables are completed according to the agreed schedule
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address any potential delays and keep the project on track
