Job summary

Interport Group is seeking a Business Analyst to collect and analyze requirements, map processes, and develop dashboards and KPIs. You will monitor cost and logistics performance and support system enhancements across ERP/SCM/TMS projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, data-driven decision support, and ensuring compliance with HSSE standards where applicable. On-site work in Jakarta is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in Mining, Freight Forwarding/Logistics, or Oil & Gas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel; Power BI/Tableau is a plus; familiarity with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support business process mapping and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor operational and financial performance.
• Conduct basic cost analysis and support budgeting or forecasting activities.
• Monitor supply chain and logistics performance, including freight cost efficiency, shipment tracking, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support system enhancements or digital transformation initiatives (ERP, SCM, TMS tools).
• Support project activities such as user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and user training.
• Prepare presentations and summaries for management and operational review meetings.
• Ensure business processes align with industry regulations and HSSE standards where applicable.

Requirement:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL or data querying is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to travel or work on-site when required
