Job summary

PT Bank Digital BCA (BCA Digital) is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, ensuring timely product development and solid requirements. You will conduct business and system analysis, manage requirements, and oversee end-to-end implementation activities.

Work closely with Product Owners, System Analysts, and operations teams to deliver robust banking solutions while coordinating with the parent company BCA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst is advantageous.
• Proficiency in SDLC/Agile methodologies and analysis concepts.
• Ability to prepare BRDs, FSDs, workflow diagrams, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Figma, or UML tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, backlog refinement, and prepare functional analysis documentation.
• Support development activities including supervision of progress, coordination of UAT, and deployment training.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, System Analysts, operations teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth development.
• Develop solution recommendations and coordinate corrective actions for system issues.
• Coordinate with external parties, including the parent company BCA, for project needs.
• Continuously enhance knowledge through banking training and certification.

• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, backlog refinement, and prepare functional analysis documentation.
• Support development activities including supervision of progress, coordination of UAT, and assistance during deployment, training, and socialization.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, System Analysts, operations teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product development.
• Develop solution recommendations and coordinate corrective actions for system issues or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with external parties, including the parent company BCA, in supporting project needs.
• Continuously enhance knowledge and competencies in banking through training and certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies and business/system analysis concepts.
