Job summary

PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT) is seeking a Business Analyst to support design workshops, capture requirements, and ensure IT designs reflect business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to validate solutions and drive effective change.

The role requires documenting current processes, writing detailed requirements, and ensuring acceptance criteria are met across multiple projects with Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Education: minimum of a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Proven ability to work in large, diverse teams with accountability.
• Experience in Agile projects and knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Supports design workshops and creation of presentations and diagrams to validate processes.
• Collaborates with stakeholders, customers, users, and tech resources to reflect requirements.
• Acts as liaison between IT project team and business users to foster IT–business relationships.
• Conducts business analysis, requirements gathering, and user story decomposition.
• Creates detailed BRs, user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Documents current state processes to help stakeholders understand change context.

Responsibilities

• Supports design workshops, creation of presentations and business process diagrams to validate business processes and solutions with the end user community.
• Collaborates with the stakeholder, customers, users, and technical resources to ensure that the system design adequately reflects the business requirements and customer needs.
• Acts as a liaison between the IT project team and the business user; facilitate team interaction as well as foster IT-business relationships.
• Conducts business process analysis, requirements gathering, and decomposition of user stories.
• Creates detailed business requirements and/or user stories, functional specification, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyzes and documents the current state business processes to ensure that the project stakeholders understand the context and implications of change.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Minimum S1/D4 all major background (preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology).
• Skills:
  • Ability to work in large and diverse team.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and takes accountability and ownership of one’s work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong commitment and integrity.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with both external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in projects utilizing Agile methodology is required.
  • Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC) is required.
• Preq. Knowledge: English (Oral & Written).
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of IT experience working as a Business Analyst across multiple projects.
