Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering, Nautical Studies, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of bunkering operations, fuel handling, or marine operations.
• Strong knowledge of bunkering procedures, fuel measurement, and quantity control.
• Good understanding of HSE / MK3L policies, ISM Code, and maritime safety regulations.
• Ability to prepare accurate operational and compliance reports (daily and monthly).
• Good communication and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Supervise day to day operational activities related to ship operation. 2. Ensure compliance with organization procedures and industry regulations to ensure the safe operation of ships. 3. Manage primary communications link with the Ship's Master also manage relation with customers. 4. Monitor the ship movements and cargo transfer operations. 5. Analyze ships operational data to improve efficiency, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions. 6. Coordinate fuel requirements and scheduling to support vessel operations in accordance with operational plans and client needs.7.
