Job summary

• JLPT N2 and business-level English required.
• At least 3 years in building management or utility maintenance.
• Experience working for a Japanese company.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Driver Licence SIM A and SIM C.
• THR (Lebaran Allowance): 1 month of salary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building quality, maintenance, financial administration, personnel administration, and tenant relations.
• Manage building operations, property projects, maintenance activities, service costs, and service standards.
• Evaluate vendor performance, service quality, quality control procedures, and operational costs.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure maintenance and project activities are completed according to requirements and schedules.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management.
• Maintain accurate project and building management data.
• Manage special projects assigned by management and ensure timely completion.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
