Job summary

PT JGC Indonesia invites qualified and experienced professionals to join our team as Building Engineering (Architect) specialists. The role focuses on building scope across Architecture, Structure, MEP, and HVAC, ensuring quality, schedule, and MH control on EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector in Indonesia.

Applicants should have at least five years in Building Engineering, be familiar with IBC, SNI, ASTM, NFPA, ASHRAE, and be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Building Engineering (Architect).
• Experience in EPC projects preferred.
• Familiar with international and local codes (IBC, SNI, ASTM, NFPA, ASHRAE).
• Capable of leading designer teams to meet quality and schedule with MH control.
• Can prepare EPC documents: specs, drawings, BMBQ, requisition, TBE.
• AutoCAD is mandatory; capable to operate Revit.
• Strong communication and coordination with multi-discipline Building team.
• Good knowledge of Building Constructability.
• Strong local knowledge and network of building materials, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors.

• Understand and familiar with International and local code of
• Building Scope especially for subdiscipline of Building (Architecture, Structure, MEP, HVAC). Such as: IBC, SNI, ASTM, NFPA, ASHRAE, etc.
• Capable manages designer team for goal achievement product quality and schedule including MH control.
• Capable prepares EPC document such as: Specification, Drawing, BMBQ, Requisition, TBE.
• Software AutoCAD is mandatory in good skill. Capable to operate Revit.
• Has good communication and coordination with internal multi discipline Building team.
• Has good general knowledge of Building Constructability.
• Has good local knowledge and network of Building work: Materials, vendor, supplier, and subcontractor/ fabricator.
