Job summary

PT. Achivon Prestasi Abadi is seeking an experienced architect/civil engineer to lead architectural design efforts in Indonesia. You will develop concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp, and create high-quality 3D renderings for client presentations.

You will coordinate with clients, professional staff, and subcontractors, conduct site inspections, ensure safety, and maintain quality control to keep projects on time, within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture/related fields.
• Experience in office, warehouse and high-end residential projects is preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably in Office, Warehouse, and High-end Residential.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Architecture/Interior Design, Civil Engineer or equivalent.
• Positive attitude, responsible, honest, energetic, organized person and good team player
