Zusammenfassung

CloudKitchens is seeking a Building Design Associate to join our team onsite in Jakarta, Indonesia. With 4–6 years of relevant experience, you will contribute to the design and development of building projects across interior and architectural disciplines from concept through construction documentation.

You will develop test fits, space plans, interior schemes, and technical details; coordinate with MEP/FP and structural teams; and ensure compliance with local codes.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in architectural or interior design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience across multiple project phases from concept design through construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong space-planning skills and the ability to develop functional, well-coordinated design solutions.
• Strong architectural representation, drafting, technical detailing, and design coordination skills.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, renovation, or adaptive reuse is preferred.

About the role

We are looking for a Building Design Associate with 4–6 years of relevant experience to join our team onsite in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of building projects, taking ownership of assigned design tasks across interior and architectural disciplines from concept through schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
