Job summary

PT BUSANA AKTIF MANDIRI in Jakarta is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to turn briefs into impactful visual concepts for digital and print media, supporting marketing and internal communications.

You will manage multiple projects, ensure brand consistency, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and external partners, and maintain a strong English communication and a compelling portfolio.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience, printing preferred.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW; Premiere is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout for digital and print.
• Understand prepress and print production processes including offset, gravure, digital, and flexo.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Portfolio is required for selection.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and design materials to support promotions and communications.
• Create engaging visuals for social media, marketing materials, campaigns, and internal needs.
• Translate briefs into clear, effective visuals aligned with target audience.
• Maintain brand identity and visuals across projects.
• Prepare final artwork for production meeting technical specs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners through design development.
• Build relationships with bloggers, communities, influencers when required.
