Job summary

PT TAK PRODUCTS AND SERVICES seeks a Senior Graphic & Multimedia Designer to lead the creation of visual content for print, digital, photography and video across our Lamitak brand in Indonesia. You will collaborate with internal teams and the Singapore HQ to ensure consistent quality and brand identity.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, with hands-on experience in print production, CMYK, proofing, large-format production, fabrication and vendor coordination.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy and grid systems, with the ability to adapt a creative concept across multiple formats while maintaining its visual intent.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to review printed and digital output against physical material samples, ensuring accurate representation of colour, texture and finish.
• Ability to independently produce day‑to‑day photography and visual content, including using a company‑issued mobile device. Professional DSLR or mirrorless camera experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Comfortable capturing and editing video, with working knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut.
• Good understanding of digital platform specifications, including dimensions, aspect ratios, safe zones, file sizes, export settings and colour spaces.
• Practical experience taking creative work from brief through to final production.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English, as the role requires communication with local stakeholders and vendors, as well as coordination with the Singapore headquarters.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia and overseas when required, and to support events that may occasionally take place during evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative artwork and visual materials for catalogues, brochures, packaging, advertisements, presentation materials, showroom and event collateral.
• Design exhibition graphics, signage, backdrops and wayfinding materials for exhibitions, showrooms and events.
• Prepare print-ready artwork, including proofing, press checks and fabrication coordination, while working directly with external vendors.
• Create digital content and visual assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, websites, EDMs and digital advertising, ensuring artwork is correctly adapted to each platform.
• Capture product, material and event photography, including fast-turnaround event coverage.
• Produce and edit short-form video content, basic motion graphics, subtitles and audio, with support on longer-form video projects.
• Support exhibitions and showroom programmes in Tangerang, Surabaya, Bali and other locations as required.
• Develop and maintain a reusable template system and well-organised central creative asset library.
