PT UNZA VITALIS (a business unit of Wipro Customer Care) is seeking an eager Marketing/Brand assistant to support the Brand and NPD teams in new product development and launches within the FMCG sector. The role involves coordinating with R&D, Purchasing, Market Research, Factory and Sales during development and helping prepare briefs and marketing materials for launches.

You will conduct market research to gather insights on consumer trends and competitor activity, monitor fragrance/household

Qualifications

• Bachelor graduate from Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields.
• Strong interest in brand management, marketing, and product development, especially within FMCG.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and the marketing mix (4Ps) is a plus.
• Creative, curious, and eager to learn about fragrance and/or household products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks and timelines.
• Willing to learn, open to feedback, and motivated for continuous self-development.
