Job summary

HighPoint Group seeks a Brand and Marketing Communication Specialist to build brand identity and lead integrated campaigns across content and digital channels. The role involves planning and executing campaign strategies, developing engaging content across digital and offline platforms, and managing brand communication to support product visibility and sales.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Content Strategy, Campaign Management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, campaign planning, and content development across digital and offline channels.
• High mobility and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to increase brand awareness and drive product engagement.
• Develop and manage content strategy across digital channels (social media, website, email) as well as offline collaterals (brochures, catalogues, in-store materials).
• Maintain brand identity, brand guidelines, and brand positioning consistency across all campaigns and content.
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing team on content calendar, campaign performance, and channel optimization.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing team to ensure campaign and content messaging aligns with product positioning and launch timelines.
• Plan and manage public relations activities, media partnerships, events, and sponsorships to strengthen brand presence.
• Monitor campaign performance, content engagement metrics, and brand perception, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage relationships with external vendors such as agencies, content creators, photographers, videographers, and media partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with Designers, Interior Designers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and other relevant parties to support brand visibility.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and other relevant teams to ensure campaign and communication initiatives align with market and project needs.
