Job summary

PT MITRA MANUNGGAL MAHARDIKA is seeking a marketing professional to drive market research, plan events, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across divisions. The role requires collaboration with R&D, store managers, and external partners to ensure consistent communication for new campaigns.

You will create promotions and activations to boost Adelle Jewellery store performance, leveraging strong PR and presentation skills to engage luxury fashion audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relation / Marketing Communication / Related Major
• Fresh graduates welcome with passion for Jewellery/Fashion
• Creativity for B2B to B2C Marketing/Branding
• Good communication skills
• Strong presentation/document skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to track customer trends and forecast future trends
• Plan events from budgeting through program details to execution
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns including briefing, creative execution and post-campaign analysis
• Collaborate with Research & Development and cross-divisional teams for cohesive messaging
• Develop promotions/activations to boost performance of Adelle offline stores
• Coordinate with external partners such as Media Relations and Mall partners

Job description

Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends

Plan an event from budgeting, detail program, to execution on the day

Manage end-to-end marketing campaign including campaign briefing, creative execution and post-campaign analysis

Work closely with other division; Research & Development

Division, Merchandise Division, Store Manager of each store, Digital Marketing Team, and Creative Team to ensure the right communication for the new campaign

Create promotion / any activation strategy to boost performance of every Adelle offline store

Work closely with external partnership; Media Relation, Mall

Relation, and Brand Partnership Relation

Job Requirements:

Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree, in Public Relation / Marketing Communication / Related Major

Having a creativity to have B to B to C process for Marketing / Branding

Having a good communication skill
