Job summary

BVR Group Asia invites an experienced Brand and Marketing Leader to protect and develop the group’s brand across divisions. You will lead the Digital Marketing Team, set strategic direction, ensure brand consistency, and oversee campaigns and third-party collaborations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, 3+ years in marketing with leadership, and strong communication skills. English proficiency is essential; Bali-based team supports real estate and property divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, strategic, and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for all BVR Group businesses
• Ensure consistency of brand identity
• Oversee content direction to ensure it reflects each brand's positioning and values
• Lead and oversee the Digital Marketing Team, ensuring clear strategic direction, effective execution, performance management, and alignment with overall brand and business objectives
• Ensure all advertising campaigns are executed in line with brand standards
• Review and approve all third-party collaboration involving the BVR Group brands to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
• Support business units in maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence
