With 5+ years in fashion and a proven ability to guide brand storytelling, you will shape moodboards, art direction, styling, and visual branding while ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency across campaigns and channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion with leadership of a creative team.
• Strong vision and brand storytelling capabilities.
• Understanding of women's fashion trends and target market behavior.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in visual direction including moodboards, art direction, and visual branding.

Responsibilities

• Determine and maintain the creative direction and visual identity of the brand
• Direct all creative production processes including photoshoots, videoshoots, styling, talent selection, set design, and visual tone
• Lead and develop the creative team to ensure productivity and innovation
• Oversee the quality of all visual output before publication
• Control timelines and ensure all projects run according to plan
