Job summary

Cult Suri, a fast-growing women's fashion brand, seeks a Creative Designer to own the visual world across shoots, website, Instagram, and ads in Jakarta, Singapore, and the wider region. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take projects from concept to final output and help shape the brand's identity as it scales.

You'll develop monthly photoshoot concepts, lead campaign visuals with our photographer, and design graphics for our Instagram feed and website while staying on-brand across

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills with a sharp visual taste.
• Ability to art direct and style, not just execute.
• Experience in fashion or lifestyle branding a plus.
• Comfortable owning a shoot from concept to final output.

Cult Suri is a fast-growing women's fashion and accessories brand expanding across Indonesia and into Southeast Asia. We're looking for a Creative Designer to own the visual world behind our growth — photoshoots, website, Instagram, and ad creatives across Jakarta, Singapore, and the wider region. This is a hands‑on role for someone with sharp visual taste, comfortable owning a project from concept to final output, and excited to help shape a brand's identity as it scales.

What You'll Do

• Develop monthly photoshoot concepts and moodboards, then run them on shoot day
• Lead campaign and catalogue image results alongside our photographer
• Design and edit graphics graphics for our Instagram feed and website
• Design ad creatives and upload basic Meta ads
• Research fashion, editorial, and design trends globally to keep our visual identity current and relevant beyond just the local market
• Keep creative assets organized and on-brand across all our channels and platforms

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a Southeast Asian fashion brand, or strong familiarity with the space
• Strong visual taste with references beyond Indonesia — someone who follows fashion and design globally
• Skilled graphic designer who can also art direct and style, not just execute
• Comfortable owning a shoot day start to finish
• Thrives in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing brand environment
• Self‑starter with sharp initiative and a genuine eagerness to learn
• Open to occasional weekend work around shoots and events

This role is currently hybrid with occasional WFO from our Grogol, West Jakarta office.
