FACETOLOGY is seeking a Brand Community & Engagement Intern to join a human-centric team focused on elevating Indonesia’s beauty and personal care brands. You will help manage brand communities, support events, and coordinate with creators and partners to drive authentic engagement across channels.

The role emphasizes creative ideation, up-to-date social media trends, and hands-on event support. Based in South Jakarta, this internship offers exposure to community strategy and brand activations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Confident and presentable when representing the brand and interacting with communities and external partners.
• Creative and able to develop ideas for community activities, engagement programs, and brand activations.
• Familiar with the latest social media trends, pop culture, lifestyle, and community trends.
• Basic content creation skills using Canva, CapCut, or other creative tools.
• Experience managing communities, joining campus organizations, or being part of a student council.
• Experience collaborating with brands, sponsors, vendors, or external partners.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing and engaging brand communities.
• Support community activities, events, and offline activations.
• Coordinate with KOLs, creators, communities, and external partners.
• Assist in developing creative engagement programs and community initiatives.
• Handle community database, communication, and administrative tasks.
• Support event preparation, execution, and post-event reporting.
• Monitor social media trends and explore new community engagement opportunities.
