Job summary

Ace Padel Club is seeking a passionate and proactive Brand Activation Lead to grow the club's brand and community. You’ll support marketing campaigns, events, and digital communication that position Ace as the padel house of champions across our locations.

Key duties include coordinating content creation, media coverage and social assets; preparing partnership proposals for sponsor visibility; conducting market research on padel trends; and driving club sales and occupancy while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in sports or lifestyle brands.
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with event marketing and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and communication activities across Ace Padel Club locations
• Handle customer inquiries and digital engagement with service excellence
• Create event marketing, tournaments, and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate content creation, media coverage, and social media assets
• Prepare partnership proposals and ensure sponsor visibility
• Conduct market research on padel trends and competitor activities
• Responsible for club sales and occupancy
• Maintain brand consistency and assist in marketing for new club openings
