Job summary

Tamora Padel Club is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Specialist to grow our presence across Indonesia's padel community. You will manage daily content for Instagram, write engaging captions, and tailor content for local audiences.

You'll lead campaigns, promote events and coaching programs, coordinate with partners, maintain brand visuals at clubs, and track monthly KPIs in collaboration with HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management (sports or hospitality preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Good photography and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools).
• Creative, proactive, and organized with high attention to detail.
• Passionate about sports, ideally padel or tennis.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily content for Instagram: academy programs, matches, players, events.
• Write engaging captions and adapt content for local audiences.
• Monitor community engagement and respond to comments/messages.
• Run Social Media Ads (Meta Business Manager).
• Promote events, tournaments, and coaching programs to boost participation.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and design promotional materials.
• Maintain club branding and visual identity on-site during events and activations.
• Assist in organizing tournaments and member activities.
• Track social media performance and report monthly KPIs in collaboration with HQ.
