Qualifications

• 5–7 years in retail banking with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, services and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make decisions.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets for banking products and services.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of branch staff with coaching, training and evaluations.
• Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers and resolve inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market with corporate and individual clients.
• Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses and profitability.
• Ensure high level of customer service quality and experience.
• Manage operational risks and compliance within the branch.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
