Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Semarang seeks a Branch Sales & Marketing Leader to drive sales initiatives, oversee branch operations, and coordinate with product teams.

You will manage staff, assess market conditions, ensure customer experience, and guide academic scheduling and quality control across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.
• 1–3 years leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/BD/Operations (advantage in education/start-up).
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Detail and customer service oriented.
• Have knowledge in people management.
• Have knowledge or experience in K-12 Education (SD, SMP, SMA).

Responsibilities

• Direct all sales and marketing initiatives in the branch.
• Assess local market conditions and identify sales opportunities.
• Assess competitor pricing and sales initiatives.
• Fulfill goals and metrics (NPS, improving grades).
• Collaborate with Sales Team to drive sales.
• Direct and oversee facilities and operational aspects (product distribution, apps access).
• Oversee customer experience (end-to-end).
• Coordinate and manage branch staff (admin, teachers, security, office boy).
• Collaborate with Product Team on application-related matters.
• Direct and monitor the academic process in branch (scheduling, quality control, pedagogy, class rating).

Job Requirements
