Job summary

KantorKu is seeking a Branch Manager for Kids in Depok (Margonda Plus) to oversee operations across the region, drive enrollment growth, and lead a capable team delivering exceptional student experiences.

You will manage branch P&L, coordinate events and promotions, and ensure smooth customer journeys with strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills; prior experience in early childhood education or startups is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
