Job summary

PT Bina Artha Ventura is seeking a Branch Performance Supervisor to ensure policy and procedures are implemented across branches, visiting monthly to coach staff and monitor adherence.

You will focus on improving branch performance by enforcing SOPs and supporting banking operations, with a requirement for a Diploma 3 or higher and at least two years in banking.

This role is based in South Sumatra (Lubuk Linggau area) and requires own vehicle and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in banking or financial services company.
• Experience in credit marketing officer, credit analyst or junior audit is a plus.
• Ability to build good relationships with related parties both internal and external.
• Target oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Visit and control branches on a monthly basis.
• Coach employees for better understanding and implementation of correct processes.
