Job summary

LGE Indonesia Research and Development Center (LGERC) is seeking an Administrative Specialist in Cikarang. You will maintain BOM data, manage part lists and component information, and coordinate across departments to ensure BOM accuracy.

Daily tasks include data entry and Excel reporting to support manufacturing operations. Requirements include at least a high school diploma, 1 year in admin within manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and English communication; Korean is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• High school (SMA/SMK) degree required.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Administration in a manufacturing company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Basic Formula, VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc).
• Experience in handling BOM data is a strong advantage.
• Basic English communication is a must; Korean is a plus.

• Maintain and check BOM (Bill of Materials) data accurately.

Job description

LGE Indonesia Research and Development Center (LGERC) is the first-ever overseas research subsidiary on behalf of the LG Home Entertainment Company established in November 2021. LGERC conducts all R&D projects for products targeting the global market, pointing to LG’s continued dedication to addressing the unique needs of local consumers as a leading brand loved worldwide. Job Descriptions:

Maintain and check BOM (Bill of Materials) data accurately.

Manage part lists, component information, and related documentation.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure (Bill of Materials) accuracy.

Prepare reports and perform data entry tasks using Excel.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a High School (SMA/SMK) Degree

At least 1 year of working experience in Administration field at manufacturing company

Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must (Basic Formula, Vlookup, Pivot, etc)

Experience in handling BOM (Bill of Materials) is a strong advantage

Basic English communication skill is a must

Able to speak Korean is an additional point

Willing to work in MM2100 Industrial Town, Cikarang

Placement will be in LGE Indonesia Research and Development Center (new subsidiary of LG Electronics)
