PT Performance Motors Indonesia, the authorized BMW & MINI dealer in Medan, seeks Brand Consultants to represent premium automotive brands and guide customers to suitable vehicles. You will manage the end-to-end journey, from initial inquiry to delivery, while building lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree, 1+ year in sales or customer relations, strong communication, and a professional appearance. English is a plus; SIM A is required for driving.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree from any discipline.
• 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Relationship, Business Development or related industries.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide personalized vehicle recommendations.
• Conduct product presentations, showroom tours, and test drives.

In this role, you will represent one of the world's most iconic automotive brands while helping customers find the vehicle that best suits their lifestyle and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the BMW/MINI brand with professionalism and excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide personalized vehicle recommendations.
• Conduct product presentations, showroom tours, and test drives.
• Manage the entire customer journey, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree from any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Relationship, Business Development, Banking, Property, Insurance, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Automotive, or related industries.
• Strong passion for customer service, relationship building, and premium brands.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive and confident personality.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Possess a valid SIM A and able to drive confidently.
• Ability to communicate in Hokkien will be an advantage.
