Job summary

RGf HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Project Monitor Supervisor for a Biomethane construction oversight role. The position requires strong English communication, EPC project experience, and experience in Operations & Maintenance to monitor daily production parameters and maintenance activities.

The role involves coordinating with engineers and vendors during commissioning, tracking progress against schedules, and reporting bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery of the project.

Qualifications

• High conversational English proficiency.
• 2 years of EPC project experience in industrial processing, downstream oil & gas, oleochemicals, food/feed processing, power generation, or utility installations.
• Experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M), including daily production parameter monitoring, utility management, preventive maintenance logging, or shift operations.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Only CV in English will be processed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress for the Biomethane project against the approved project plan and timeline.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to verify EPC contractor progress against the baseline schedule, and report field bottlenecks or deviations to the project team.
• Assist lead engineers and vendors during commissioning execution, including pre-commissioning checklists, sensor calibration, pressure testing, and preparation of handover documentation/listing.
• Track and report daily plant output and key process parameters as part of daily operation and maintenance monitoring.
• Coordinate daily preventive maintenance activities and log technical anomalies, supporting troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime.
• Other tasks as assigned.
