Job summary

Leighton Asia Limited is seeking a BIM Engineer to develop BIM outputs efficiently and with minimal revisions. The role involves coordinating models, ensuring BEP compliance, and delivering high-quality construction drawings for the project team.

You will work with Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks, and be ready to be stationed on site per project requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in drafting/BIM, strong knowledge of BIM processes, and proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree holders in civil, electrical or mechanical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of drafting/ BIM experience.
• Solid knowledge of civil structures and BIM processes.
• Hands-on with Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks.
• Experience generating shop drawings from BIM models.
• Able to perform clash analysis and construction simulations.
• Willing to be placed on site and follow company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM outputs with minimal iterations and non-compliances.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines per BEP.
• Produce construction drawings (CSD/ISD) from Revit models.

Job description

Currently, Leighton is looking for BIM Engineer.
The role is responsible for timely development of BIM output with minimum iterations and non-compliances WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF delivering high quality and timely BIM deliverables to the engineering and operation team in line with Project BIM Execution Plan and Leighton’s operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical
• Minimum Work Experience: 5 years
• Total Relevant Experience: 5+ years of drafting experience
• Knowledge and basic understanding of civil structures and design
• Knowledge of BIM modelling, coordination & BEP
• Knowledge of MicroStation software
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Hands-on BIM software / applications experiences (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks)
• Ability to generate construction Shop Drawings, CSD & ISD drawing from Revit BIM model preferable
• Perform clash analysis, construction simulation, exporting construction drawings, etc
• Advanced understanding of BIM processes and ability to develop this on new projects
• Willing to be placed on project site and follow company regulation
