Job summary

Leighton Asia Limited is seeking a skilled BIM Draftsman/Engineer to join our civil, electrical, or mechanical projects in Jakarta. The candidate will generate construction Shop Drawings from Revit BIM models and perform clash analyses to support on-site execution.

The role requires 5+ years of drafting experience, strong knowledge of civil structures, and hands-on experience with BIM tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD and MicroStation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant drafting experience.
• Knowledge of civil structures and design.
• Advanced BIM processes knowledge and ability to develop this on new projects.
• Willing to be placed on project site and follow company regulations.
• Experience with BIM coordination and BEP.

Job description

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical
• Minimum Work Experience: 5 years
• Total Relevant Experience: 5+ years of drafting experience
• Knowledge and basic understanding of civil structures and design
• Knowledge of BIM modelling, coordination & BEP
• Knowledge of MicroStation software
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Hands-on BIM software / applications experiences (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks)
• Ability to generate construction Shop Drawings, CSD & ISD drawing from Revit BIM model preferable
• Perform clash analysis, construction simulation, exporting construction drawings, etc
• Advanced understanding of BIM processes and ability to develop this on new projects
• Willing to be placed on project site and follow company regulation
