Job summary

Beca, Inc. in Jakarta is seeking a Revit/BIM Designer for Buildings MEP to join our Buildings MEP team. You will develop coordinated BIM models and project documentation for a range of building projects, working closely with engineers and designers to translate concepts into accurate 3D representations.

This role emphasizes Revit proficiency, BIM workflows, and strong visualization, with responsibility for model reviews, clash detection, and maintaining BIM standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Vocational School (SMK) qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Drafting, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience using Autodesk Revit in either a professional or academic environment.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and digital design processes.
• Strong 3D visualization and spatial awareness skills.
• Ability to interpret plans, sections, elevations, and technical drawings.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

We are currently looking for a Revit / BIM Designer to join our Buildings M&E team in Jakarta.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a 3D environment and has a passion for buildings, engineering, and digital design. You will work alongside Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), ELV, and Building Services engineers to develop coordinated BIM models and project documentation for a wide range of building projects.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience using Revit, understand Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles, and can visualize how different building systems come together within a 3D space.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Experience with Aveva E3D or other 3D modelling tools.
