Qualifications

• Two years of hospitality or cruise-related bartender experience.
• Knowledge of USPH, beverage industries, wine/cocktails/spirits.
• Strong bartending and leadership skills; able to guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ambassadors at assigned bar locations with professional demeanor and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Bar Supervisor/Bar Manager to address guest feedback and plan service recovery.
• Oversee guest bar and specialty coffee experiences, prepare cocktails per standards, keep bar clean and stocked.
• Manage beverage stock, conduct inventories, minimize waste, mentor Beverage Svc Team.
